How long does it take for the inspector to get to the vehicle? Bild

After being commissioned, a motor vehicle expert will arrange an inspection appointment with the seller of the vehicle to be inspected. How quickly this appraisal can be completed varies from individual to individual and depends on several factors:

  • Receipt of payment: The order will only be released for processing once receipt of payment has been confirmed. If you pay in advance, we recommend that you send us proof of payment by email so that the order can be released promptly. For all other payment methods, we automatically receive a payment confirmation from the respective credit institution.
  • Location of the vehicle: Depending on where the vehicle to be inspected is located, we will assign a local appraiser to your order. This schedules his inspection appointments usually a few days in advance, so that the appointment is dependent on his schedule.
  • Cooperation of the seller / dealer / vehicle owner: In addition, the appointment is of course also dependent on the vehicle provider, as this must agree with the appraisal and possibly want to be present at the inspection appointment.

As soon as the expert has been able to arrange an appointment with the owner of the vehicle, you will receive an e-mail with the exact date of the inspection appointment. If the agreed date is too late for you, you can withdraw the order yourself in your customer account under the menu item "Orders".
