Questions about the process 
After the completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you about the release of the appraisal.
To download the check protocol, please log in to your customer account. Under the menu item "Orders" you will then find an overview of your completed orders.
Simply click on the PDF icons to view and download.
The check protocol, accompanying documents as well as the FIN query of the premium check via PDF are displayed there. You will also find all individual photos once again in a ZIP file.
