What is a used Car Snapshot? Bild

Our snapshot is a service for customers interested in buying a vehicle, in which we request vehicle information and general conditions for the inspection or purchase of the vehicle within the framework of a systematic telephone interview, by professional employees trained by us.


  • We take over the initial communication with the seller through our trained staff - so you save your time.
  • You receive all the important vehicle data at a glance.
  • You will receive important information that goes beyond the information in an advertisement.
  • You can estimate whether it is a serious offer / a serious seller.
  • You can estimate whether it is worth going to the vehicle location or asking an expert to perform the inspection.
  • The information is understandable even for non-professionals through an assessment based on the traffic light concept.
  • You will have received further help in making a purchasing decision through this report.

Note: Unlike our other services, the used car snapshot does not include any testing or inspection of the vehicle at its location! The report is based on the information provided by the seller. are NOT responsible for false statements of sellers and purchase decisions based on them! The telephone assessment does not replace an inspection by a qualified automotive expert. If you require a detailed motor vehicle appraisal, please request another service from our passenger car category.

We will try to contact the seller a maximum of three times by phone and one time by e-mail. In case the seller is not reachable and we consequently cannot obtain any information, you will receive a re-credit in the amount of 20,00 €.
