1. The correct type a vehicle
You have found your dream car on different used car portals. This means that the vehicle type you need to select via our category list has already been determined. Here you will find the individual characteristics that are decisive for proper classification:
Car: All vehicles under 26 years old and with a total permissible weight of max. 3.5 t.
Oldtimer: All vehicles over 26 years old and with a total permissible weight of max. 3.5 t.
Bikes :Two- and three-wheeled vehicles younger than 26 years old. Older vehicles must always be registered as oldtimers.
Caravan: All vehicles with RV inventory and less than 26 years old.
Trucks: All vehicles under 26 years old which exceed the maximum permissible weight of 3.5 t.

Note: If it turns out after placing the order that the vehicle to be inspected belongs to a different vehicle category, this will involve a rebooking or withdrawal of the order, which may result in longer processing time and fees. Therefore, make absolutely sure that you select the correct vehicle category before placing the order.

Case 1: You are only interested in the condition of the vehicle?
In this case, the check is the right service. It includes a condition appraisal of the most important vehicle features and components, as well as photographic documentation of the vehicle and its defects. The number of assessed features varies depending on the type of vehicle.
